Diadu is a personal daily planner built for the way your brain works. We designed it with your privacy as a foundation, not an afterthought. This policy explains what data Diadu accesses, how it is used, and what we do not do with it.
If you choose to connect your Apple account, Diadu stores your plans and events in your personal iCloud private database using Apple's CloudKit service. This data belongs to you and lives in your iCloud account. Diadu cannot access it, read it, or share it. Only you can.
If you choose to connect a calendar, Diadu reads and writes events to the calendar you select using Apple's EventKit framework. This sync stays entirely between your device and your iCloud Calendar account. Diadu does not access any calendar data beyond the calendar you explicitly choose.
If you enable notifications, Diadu schedules local reminders on your device using Apple's notification system. These notifications are created on your device and never sent to any server.
Diadu stores your settings, such as your theme, start of day time, and bedtime, locally on your device. These preferences never leave your device unless you have iCloud sync enabled, in which case they sync privately through your own iCloud account.
Your data lives in two places: on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account.
To delete your local data, delete the Diadu app from your device.
To delete your iCloud data, go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID, tap iCloud, and remove Diadu from your iCloud storage.
Diadu is suitable for users of all ages and does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Diadu after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
